Your tasks
- Responsible co-management of the Commercial Basic Education program at our Zurich location
- Professional and personnel management of the teaching staff
- Support and individual promotion of learners
- Planning, organization, and quality assurance of school processes
- Active participation in customer acquisition and conducting information events
- Teaching in commercial basic education (EFZ/BM1)
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree
- Vocational pedagogical qualification (or willingness to acquire one)
- Teaching experience in commercial basic education
- High motivation for leadership, organization, and school development
- Enjoy working with young people and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication skills, solution orientation, and teamwork
