Technical Project Manager Construction 80-100%

Your area of responsibility

• You lead the technical part of our demanding projects in collaboration with the project manager and a motivated team of experienced carpenter designers
• You draw the rooms, the interior, and create the technical plans for the involved trades using our drawing programme VectorWorks 3D
• In doing so, you keep internal and external deadlines and quality requirements under control and thus help to inspire our customers

Your profile

• You have completed training as a carpenter

• You have completed further training in the AVOR area and have already gained several years of AVOR experience

• In addition, you have experience in developing complex technical solutions taking design specifications into account

• You are innovative, team-oriented, and help to continuously optimise our processes
