Your Crew:
Become part of an interdisciplinary team where you actively shape production planning as well as support the series production of launch vehicle structures. You will work closely in a multicultural environment with the development department, operations area and our programme management, coming into contact with a variety of technologies.

Your Mission:
- Lead the Production Office at the Emmen site and ensure efficient processes
- Control key production processes:
Planning, controlling and monitoring production as well as creating and tracking production orders
- Responsibility for ERP & procurement:
Ensure consistent ERP master data management and control P2P procurement processes in close coordination with the supply chain
- Ensure material availability:
Coordinate material flows, inventories and timely deliveries according to production planning
- Production-related support:
Prepare production orders including quality milestones and ensure complete manufacturing documentation in cooperation with quality assurance
- Performance and cost control:
Monitor budgets, production orders and project-related inventory levels
- Continuous improvement:
Optimise production planning and control processes in terms of efficiency, quality and punctuality
- Quality and improvement processes:
Participate in the non-conformance process as well as conduct root cause analyses and derive sustainable measures
- Interface management:
Close collaboration with engineering, supply chain and strategic planning as well as support in calculations and production milestones

- Ensure timely and efficient production planning and order preparation
- Guarantee timely availability of materials and complete manufacturing documentation
- Initiate and implement measures to increase productivity, efficiency and sustainable cost optimisation
- Responsibility for key KPIs in production planning & support, especially inventory levels and inventory turnover
Your Story:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, preferably with a production-related diploma / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
- Proven leadership experience in a regulated environment, ideally in the space industry
- Solid technical and production background in a project-based industry
- Experience in material management, purchasing/procurement and inventory management
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (MM, PP) and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of quality standards as well as health and safety regulations
- Ability to create and present KPI-based reports at management level
- Very good communication skills in German and English
Nice to have’s:
- Experience in project-oriented manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methods
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
