Your crew:
Become part of our interdisciplinary team of 5 employees, where you will help shape production planning and support the series production of launch vehicle structures. You will work closely with the development department and our operations organisation in a multicultural environment, coming into contact with a variety of technologies. Your mission:
- Lead the Production Office at the Emmen production site
- Responsible for carrying out the following activities:
- ERP master data management
- P2P procurement (Procure-to-Pay) in collaboration with the supply chain organisation
- Production planning and control
- Creation and monitoring of production orders
- Management of the Production Office with a focus on efficiency in the following areas:
- Material and inventory management
- Timely provision of manufacturing documentation
- Procurement management and on-time material deliveries
- Ensuring material availability according to the production plan
- Initiatives to increase productivity
- Creation of ERP material master data according to defined standards
- Creation and preparation of production orders including established quality milestones considering production planning
- Collaboration with quality assurance to ensure required production documentation
- Monitoring compliance with production order budgets and project-related inventory levels
- Optimisation of production planning processes regarding efficiency, quality, and timely provision
- Ensuring shopfloor management and introduction of lean management methods within the area of responsibility
- Participation in the non-conformance process as well as in measures for root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions
- Support of the engineering team in offer calculations and with inputs on production planning milestones
- Proactive communication and coordination with the strategic planning function

Your story:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, preferably with a production-related diploma / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
- Proven leadership experience in a regulated environment, ideally in the space industry
- Solid technical and production background in a project-based industry
- Experience in material management, purchasing/procurement, and inventory management
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (MM, PP) and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of quality standards as well as health and safety regulations
- Ability to create and present KPI-based reports at management level
- Nice to have’s:
- Experience in project-oriented manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
