About the job
Your Tasks
- Supporting the ward physician in administrative tasks
- Handling and forwarding telephone and written inquiries, scheduling appointments, and registering consultations, X-rays, therapies, etc.
- Maintaining the medical records and managing discharge procedures for patients in collaboration with the ward physician
- Depending on resources, accompanying the doctors on rounds and documenting prescriptions.
Your Profile
- Medical practice assistant or completed medical training with further education as a medical secretary and several years of professional experience in a hospital
- Very good knowledge of medical terminology and IT skills (KISIM knowledge is an advantage)
- Work commitment Monday to Friday (no weekends)
