Registered Nurse HF for Consultation and Coordination (70%)
What you can achieve
Consultation of clients, needs and situation assessment
Placement of Red Cross caregivers
Consultation of clients and their relatives with the aim of enabling a self-determined life at home in the long term
Consultation and professional support of employees (caregivers)
Participation in the expansion of relief services
Review of applications for Red Cross discounts, assessment and processing of requests
What you bring with you
Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF/FH or comparable training in healthcare
Experience in consultation, case management or work with relatives is an advantage
Good basic commercial knowledge and proficient ICT user skills
Organisational skills, sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, independence, resilience
