How you'll make an impact:

Support in the implementation and management of the DTRS software system, ensuring it meets the functional scope for Distribution & Dry Transformers.

Support in the deployment of automated test bay processes to reduce cycle time and improve testing efficiency.

Participate/conduct Test Room Audits to verify compliance with BU HSE Test Instruction 1LAA000050 and other applicable testing standards (IEC, CSA,IEEE)

Review calibration processes on critical test equipment to ensure compliance with established intervals per 1ZBA 4505-118 Calibration Technical Standard.

Coordinate with the GPG Test Process Expert, DT Factories, and other stakeholders to ensure proper compliance to the standard equipment & HSE Test Instructions.Support DT Factories and Business Solution Teams (BST) on Technical aspects & validation of onboarding special, design, and other tests.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.
Your Background
-
Degree in Electrical Engineering required.

Strong experience in test management and coordination& Solid experience in transformer testing processes, high-voltage testing equipment, and relevant international standards.

Familiarity with DTRS application, digitalization, automation processes, and test room audit procedures.

Demonstrated experience engaging with and managing senior stakeholders in a global environment, supported by excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively balance business priorities and technical requirements.

Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with global stakeholders across different regions and functions.

Willingness to travel internationally as required by business and project needs.
