For the City Clerk and Debt Collection Office Wallisellen-Dietlikon, which processes around 9,500 debt collections and 4,000 seizures, we are looking to strengthen our team from November 1, 2025, or by arrangement, for the weekdays Monday, Thursday, and Friday, you as a Clerk / Office Clerk.

Your tasks
- Providing information to and advising all stakeholders in enforcement law matters as well as preparing the corresponding documents
- Formal and substantive examination of information, initiation, and legal assistance requests as well as their further processing
- Independent correspondence (form management) with all stakeholders
- Independent handling of assigned daily tasks
- Ensuring efficient and effective workflows with resource and schedule planning
- Monitoring deadlines and time limits according to legal regulations and corresponding processing
- Delivery of debt collection documents and city clerk office files
Your profile
- Positive attitude and interest in dealing with a wide variety of people
- Empathy, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Customer-oriented attitude and high service orientation
- Teamwork, flexibility, strong character, as well as responsible and precise working style
- Very good IT user skills (M365)
- Commercial employee EFZ or comparable education or training
- Willingness to attend professional training courses
