We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual immediately or by arrangement as

Planning Staff Member 70 - 100%

Your tasks:

• Planning, organisation and coordination of the assignments of care staff
• Ensuring optimal route and resource planning
• Maintenance and updating of deployment data
• Telephone and written handling of enquiries regarding deployment planning for clients, relatives and employees
• Coordination of new registrations in collaboration with the day supervisor
• Direct care assignments with clients amounting to approx. 10–30% (depending on workload) with practical insight as a basis for targeted deployment planning
• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday

You bring with you:

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
• Professional experience in outpatient deployment planning with Perigon is a plus
• Enjoyment of interpersonal contact within the team as well as with clients and relatives
• Independent and structured way of working
• Networked thinking and the ability to quickly recognise connections
• Calmness and overview even in hectic situations
• Driving licence category B or enjoyment of cycling
