Do you love it when everything runs smoothly? Then you are exactly right with us! You ensure that buildings and living spaces not only function but also inspire. As a caretaker, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first point of contact for our customers on site.

Your main tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of building technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.)
• Operation of systems such as building management systems, locking systems, EVAC
• Maintenance of sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems
• Quality control regarding cleaning, building, safety
• Maintenance of outdoor areas including green spaces and external rounds
• Execution of minor repair and maintenance work
• Waste separation and disposal of cardboard, aluminium, PET
• On-call duty within the on-call group
• Handling holiday cover in the cleaning area

Your profile:

• Qualification as a federally certified caretaker and at least 5 years of professional experience
• Technical affinity is an advantage
• SIBE course as well as sprinkler maintenance
• Good German skills, both spoken and written
• MS Office knowledge
