This position is aimed at nursing professionals who want to support flexibly – planned, needs-based or in case of short-term absences – and who value professional framework conditions.

Your Tasks

Care and support of our residents according to your qualification
Support of the existing care teams in everyday life
Assignments for planned additional needs as well as in emergency situations
Ensuring professional, respectful and resident-centered care
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Employment within the framework of a pool contract
No mandatory workload, no fixed working days
You define your availability
The deployment needs are communicated in advance
Individual wishes are taken into account as far as possible
Short-term assignments possible on request

What You Bring

Training as nursing assistant, health specialist EFZ or dipl. nursing professional HF/FH
Professional experience in long-term care or acute care is an advantage
High professional and social competence
Reliable, flexible and responsible way of working
Enjoyment in working with elderly people
