The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range of services extends from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care offering at the Dielsdorf location is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.

• Creative freedom as well as the opportunity to help shape dementia care with your expertise. This also includes responsibility in case management throughout the entire care process.

• Sharing your proven professional experience at the HF level and in working with people with dementia during regular professional exchanges or training sessions.

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or an equivalent with SRK recognition
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia is an advantage
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
• High social, methodological, and professional competence
• Up-to-date IT skills
• Independent and responsible working style
