Your tasks
- Versatile and responsible administrative activities in the entire field of social services
- Active, case-related support in handling social assistance cases in close cooperation with social workers
- Efficient coordination and reliable alignment with the social accounting department
- Independent and careful preparation and follow-up of social commission meetings as well as committed support in official matters and the preparation of applications
- Competent administrative management of subsidies for out-of-family day care
- Reliable, complete processing of advance maintenance payments including all administrative processes
- Responsible for counter and telephone service during the municipality's opening hours
Your profile
- Commercial basic education, ideally with experience or training in public administration, as well as solid further training that complements your professional competence
- Professional experience in the social sector and knowledge of statutory economic social assistance are advantageous
- Very good IT user skills (KLIBnet, FIS, CMI, MS Office) as well as enthusiasm for thinking along, further development, and modern, innovative work processes
- Openness and appreciation in dealing with people from various cultures and backgrounds
- Independent, efficient, and structured way of working – you tackle things and keep even complex processes confidently under control
