Across the globe, the grill is celebrated with various influences and in different ways. This diversity is tangibly lived at the Ampersand restaurant. Here, we transform meat, vegetables, fish, and even sweets on the visible charcoal grill into real delicacies. These are your tasks
- You welcome, attend to, and bid farewell to our guests
- You independently manage a service station
- You operate the cash register and prepare the operator’s accounts
- You prepare mise en place and carry out cleaning tasks
What we expect from you
- You have experience or training in service
- You speak German very well
- Ideally, you are familiar with wine
- You speak German
