Your tasks

• Support in daily administrative business
• Handling customer inquiries (by phone and in writing)
• Assistance in order processing and procurement
• Maintenance of master data and documents
• Support in accounting and organization
• Communication with international partners, especially in French

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Fluent French skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
• Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Interest in the fashion and lifestyle industry
