About the job
The merchandise management is responsible for controlling the flow of goods, providing storage capacities, the warehouse layout as well as inventory and stock controls. It ensures proper disposal and is responsible for order and cleanliness on the premises.To strengthen the service team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable person as a Disposal Employee 100%.
Work is carried out in weekly rotating shifts:
06:00 - 15:30 / 11:00 - 20:00

These tasks will inspire you
- Proper sorting and disposal of various recycling materials in compliance with operational and legal regulations
- Optimal and cost-efficient loading of collection containers, skips, collection bins and special drums
- Proper preparation of hazardous waste for handover to the transport service provider
- Ensuring cleanliness and order on the company premises as well as in break rooms and on break areas
- Cleaning warehouse floors using cleaning robots and cleaning machines
- Assembling style devices and carts as well as final assembly and functional testing of pallet trucks
- Packing and labelling of items

- Enjoyment of practical work and physical activity
- Previous knowledge in sorting disposal goods is a plus
- Forklift licence (R1 and R2)
- Good spoken German skills (at least B2)
- Independent, careful and reliable working style
- Team player and willing to lend a hand
- Willingness to work shifts and occasional Saturday shifts

About us
LANDI Schweiz AG is a subsidiary of the fenaco cooperative and is responsible for the success of the LANDI stores throughout Switzerland. It manages assortment planning, brand positioning and sales promotion, coordinates new and renovation projects and trains the employees of the LANDI stores. At the same time, it takes over the entire logistics, from procurement through storage to order picking.
