We are looking for a Finance & Controlling Specialist for demanding tasks in accounting, controlling and the optimisation of financial processes. The position offers the chance to actively further develop processes and contribute to digital solutions.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and take on central tasks in inventory valuation as well as in asset and operational accounting
• You also act as the deputy head of finance and controlling
• You contribute your financial expertise in forecast and budget processes and support the further development of meaningful evaluations for different stakeholders
• As an ERP key user in the finance area, you ensure optimal system use and drive digitalisation and improvement of existing financial processes together with internal interfaces
• Close cooperation with production sites and group controlling as well as supporting the finance management in projects create a varied working environment with an international focus

You offer your new employer:

• A further qualification as a specialist in finance and accounting with a Swiss federal diploma or a comparable qualification forms the professional basis for this demanding role
• Several years of experience in finance and accounting or controlling, ideally complemented by knowledge of operational accounting in an industrial environment, complete your profile
• Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting as well as experience with internal control systems and compliance are part of your skill set, as is confident handling of ERP systems and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• An analytical, networked and careful way of working is combined with initiative, communication skills and enjoyment in critically questioning processes and further developing them collaboratively across different areas
