Our client is a family-run mechanical production company with around 12 employees.

For the company headquarters in the Rupperswil area (AG), we are looking for an independent, precise, team-oriented, and reliable individual.

Show what you are capable of - these tasks await your energy:

• Programming, setting up, and monitoring CNC turning and milling machines
• Manufacturing precise series of turned and milled parts
• Independently monitoring and optimising ongoing production
• Conducting quality controls and measuring the manufactured workpieces
• Identifying and resolving production issues
• Optimising manufacturing processes
• Maintenance and care of machines and work equipment

To bring your full energy, you should have the following:

• Training as a polymechanic or industrial mechanic
• Experience in setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines
• Ideally good knowledge of Okuma and Fanuc controls
• Experience in reading and writing ISO code
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn new things and develop professionally
• Residence in Switzerland or near the German border
