Regional Sales Manager Life Sciences 80-100%- Proactive market development and targeted acquisition of new customers with a focus on companies from the life sciences sector
- Independent management of the entire sales process – from market analysis and lead generation through needs analysis, solution development and offer preparation to presentations, contract negotiations and handover to the operational unit
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at decision-maker and C-level through professional advice, market understanding and solution-oriented sales
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as Operations, Solutions and Bid Management to develop innovative and competitive customer solutions
- Completed degree (technical or business), ideally supplemented by further training in facility management or pharmaceuticals
- Further training in sales or key account management (advantageous)
- Proven success in new customer acquisition at decision-maker and C-level
- Experience in sales (advantageous)
- Project management skills
- Digital affinity (CRM tools, reporting systems, MS Office)
- Fluent in German & English, spoken and written
