About the job
We are a forward-looking, progressive non-profit organisation employing around 150 staff. To enable our clients to live independently at home for as long as possible, we provide professional and comprehensive outpatient services throughout the canton of Uri.
We need reinforcement for our outpatient psychiatric nursing team and are looking for:
Dipl. Psychiatric Nurse HF/FH for Adults, Children & Adolescents (60 - 80%)
Your Profile
- you are a qualified nurse HF/FH (or equivalent recognised training) with additional training in the field of psychiatry
- you bring nursing professional experience, preferably in outpatient psychiatric nursing
- the icing on the cake of your profile would be experience in supporting children and adolescents or the interest to develop further in this direction
- you are characterised by resilience, high reliability, careful and independent working
- you are flexible and a team player
- you are willing to help expand the psychiatry area together with your team
- patience, empathy and understanding are part of your positive view of people
- you have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- you hold a category B driving licence, preferably with your own vehicle
Your Tasks
- coordination and organisation of all psychiatric nursing assignments and new registrations as well as taking over case management: overall responsibility in the nursing process including needs assessment using interRAI CMH
- advice and support for clients and their relatives
- interdisciplinary collaboration with all parties involved in the treatment process
- if interested in team leadership, leadership tasks will add variety to your responsibilities
