We operate a restaurant with an upscale, traditional cuisine awarded 13 Gault et Millau points. For the preparation of our dishes, we exclusively use selected products, which are served in a stylish presentation.

We employ around 25 staff in the following areas:

• Chef / Cook
• Restaurant specialist (female/male)
• Banquet assistants on an hourly wage basis
• Operational staff in cleaning and surrounding work
