The La Rozavère Foundation brings together three medico-social establishments (EMS) as well as a preparation and waiting structure for accommodation (SPAH).

Would you like to offer a warm and quality experience to our residents and guests by joining, for 4 months, our team at the EMS de l'Orée in Crissier?

YOUR MISSION

You contribute daily to making the Foundation a warm living place, where hospitality and the pleasure of dining hold a central place. In connection with the teams, you ensure attentive and quality service, adapted to the tastes and dietary needs of each resident. Your sense of hospitality and attention to detail make a difference to the residents and their relatives.

You also participate in the diversity of our hotel services: meal delivery, tea-room and catering service.

As a catering employee, you are also responsible for participating in the management of catering equipment and ensuring the application of safety instructions and compliance with hygiene rules (HAACP) for premises and equipment.

Finally, you contribute to the proper management of cash funds, receipts and record all services provided by the department.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold an AFP diploma as a catering employee
• With experience in a similar role, you have ideally worked in several hotel structures
• Responsive and positive, you are attentive, a good listener and demonstrate organisation to guarantee a quality experience for our residents and guests
• You have good adaptability and excellent rapport with elderly people
• Your sense of service makes the difference.
