About the job
We are the Swiss National Foundation for Organ Donation and Transplantation based in Bern. The foundation's goal is the nationwide promotion, development, and coordination of organ, tissue, and cell donation and transplantation, as well as the promotion of public information about organ donation and transplantation.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a:

What to expect
- Ensuring a smooth process in donation and organ allocation as well as collaboration with international allocation organisations
- Participation in managing the national organ waiting list
- Hub function and close cooperation with partners in donation and transplantation centres
- Professional contact person for the public in the field of organ donation and transplantation
- Opportunity to participate in working groups and projects as well as support in the preparation of statistics
What you bring
- Completed training in the acute medical field (ideally with additional training in ICU, anaesthesia or similar) or a scientific background
- Resilient, solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and complex tasks
- Native knowledge of German or French as well as very good knowledge of the other language and English
- Flexibility and willingness to help in a 365-day 24-hour service environment
- Professional appearance, polished manners, discretion and team spirit
- Motivation and interest in continuous further education in the field of organ and tissue donation and transplantation
