What you can contribute

• Responsible for financial administration with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, invoicing and technical queries in SAP/S/4HANA
• Coordinate and manage procurement and ordering processes for the Mittelhäusern and Bern sites
• Assume technical and organisational responsibility for reception at the Mittelhäusern site
• Coordinate and ensure mail, goods and shipment logistics at the Mittelhäusern site
• Organise events and coordinate administrative processes within the institute
• Participate in projects and other cross-departmental administrative tasks

What makes you unique

• Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in accounting, procurement and administration
• Functionally relevant further training or advanced user knowledge in finance, SAP or procurement
• Very good knowledge of SAP/S/4HANA as well as experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Experience in procurement, ordering and supplier management as well as strong organisational and coordination skills
• Good active knowledge of two official languages and oral knowledge of English as well as a category B driving licence

The Institute of Virology and Immunology IVI works on innovative solutions to combat viral animal diseases and zoonoses and ensures diagnostics in crisis situations.

Animal diseases, newly emerging diseases in animals and infectious diseases that can be transmitted from animals to humans (zoonoses) pose major challenges to society. We work interdisciplinarily in the spirit of One Health to contribute sustainably to the health of humans and animals.
