Sales Advisor Shop & Exhibition Bern 40% (a)

Your Tasks

• Customer care and advice actively at the counter, by phone and in the exhibition
• Active sales activities in the exchange business
• Recording orders and offers, returns and credit notes in SAP S/4Hana
• Implementation according to the guidelines recorded in the sales manual
• Managing and responsibility for the cash register of the sales office
• Support of the field service
• Responsibility for stock replenishment, inventory and storage of delivered products

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies and interest in gaining practical experience in sales and customer contact
• Ideally completed training as a sanitary installer, heating installer or in a comparable technical profession
• First shop or commercial experience an advantage
• Knowledge of fittings, a technical flair as well as good customer handling
• Good German skills, knowledge of French and/or Italian an advantage
• Team spirit, independent working style, flexibility and organisational talent
