Your Tasks
You advise companies and private individuals in selected areas of commercial law, such as contract and corporate law
You draft and review contracts in various legal fields
You represent our clients before authorities and in out-of-court negotiations
You conduct legal clarifications and contribute to expert opinions
You develop strategies and tactics for negotiations and court proceedings
What You Bring
You hold a Swiss lawyer's licence (either very recently or for a maximum of two years)
You have obtained a Master’s degree in law from a Swiss university with a very good grade
You have a flair for entrepreneurship as well as a strong interest in economic, financial and legal issues
You are open to new things, ambitious, independent and bring a high level of commitment to our clients and our team.
Balance sheets and profit and loss accounts are not foreign words to you and you have a good understanding of corporate structures.
