Your tasks

• Independent management of civil engineering projects (such as renovation of utility networks, tarmac adjustments, site drainage, road modifications, signalling systems and general civil engineering works) in the role of client representative / project leader on the client side from project definition through planner and contractor commissioning to execution control and project accounting
• Leadership of the entire project team, conducting and minuting the required meetings
• Active participation in the planning phase
• Contact with internal users
• Reporting project status to the internal steering committee (functionality, quality, deadlines, costs)
• Independent preparation of investment proposals

What convinces us about you

• Completed vocational training in the construction industry or as a construction draughtsperson EFZ
• Further training as a civil engineering technician HF and/or construction manager
• Proven professional experience
• Experience with CAD and CAFM software (including Dalux, Revizto etc.) as well as SAP knowledge
• Experience in construction accounting with Messerli
• Very good German and good English skills
