Sales Control Specialist / Project Manager Sales Switzerland 80 – 100%
In this key role, you take on the project responsibility from A to Z for central topics in the area of sales and sales control. You initiate, plan and independently manage projects – from analysis to sustainable implementation.
As the right hand of the Sales Manager Switzerland, you accompany and support him in strategic and operational tasks, ensure the implementation of sales initiatives and actively drive optimisations forward. You report directly to the Head of Sales Switzerland.
· Project management from A to Z: Independent planning, control and implementation of projects to further develop sales processes, systems and structures.
· Strategic support: Close collaboration with the Sales Manager Switzerland in planning, prioritising and implementing sales topics.
· Process optimisation: Analysis of existing workflows, identification of improvement potentials and introduction of efficient solutions.
· System responsibility: Professional support and further development of sales applications as well as the e-learning platform (superuser role) including testing, documentation and training of users.
· Analysis & reporting: Preparation of sales analyses and reports to support management decision-making.
· Interface management: Coordination with internal departments on projects in the areas of ERP, tablets, e-learning and digital tools.
· Event management: Planning, preparation and support of internal sales meetings, workshops and project sessions.
- Higher education in sales as a sales manager or sales coordinator, or a completed degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales operations, business analysis or a similar supporting role in sales data analysis and reporting (e.g. with Excel, BI tools)
- Experience in process modelling and optimisation
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High degree of initiative, organisational talent and attention to detail
- Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Fluent language skills in German and English, French and Italian are an advantage
