Are you an entrepreneurial-minded individual with solid experience in healthcare? Would you like to take overall responsibility for a growing market segment and actively shape the strategic, technical and market-oriented development of an innovative furniture portfolio? Our client is a leading company headquartered in Eastern Switzerland. For the establishment of a new business area in the healthcare segment, we are looking for an analytically strong and convincing personality with plenty of drive and ideas for the go-to-market strategy (EU).

What you can look forward to:

• Initiating new product ideas and strategic development of the product range
• Close collaboration with interfaces in development, production and sales
• Meaningful, varied management activities with attractive employment conditions

Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Analysis of customer requirements, applications and market trends to derive measures
• Conducting market analyses, market studies and research activities to define goals and KPIs for sustainable increase of customer satisfaction and sales
• Leading responsibility for product launches as well as active sales support
• Active stakeholder management: building, maintaining and developing customer relationships (hospital)
• Initiating new product ideas and strategic development of the portfolio
• Close cooperation with internal teams such as product management, sales, marketing and tech

Your profile:

• Education and professional experience in the industrial or medical technology environment
• Several years of experience in the international B2B environment
• Passion for healthcare topics, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action
• Living customer orientation as a core value while considering economic efficiency
• Goal-oriented, committed and working independently – high motivation and enthusiasm
• Native German speaker, very good English skills, additional languages FR/IT advantageous
