The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in the canton of Aargau. We offer our residents of all ages specialized care, support, and gastronomic services in various areas of expertise with high quality and a clear stance. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized and further developed through new construction and renovations. In September 2026, we will move into our new, modern production kitchen – a central element of our future gastronomy.
For this demanding transition and development phase, we are looking for a structured, organizationally strong, and practical personality to start immediately or by arrangement, limited until December 31, 2026 (with the option of continued employment) as
Project Employee Kitchen & Gastronomy (m/f/d)
Gastronomy Team: Kitchen
50% workload, limited until 31.12.2026 with the option of continued employment
You will support us by:
- Supporting the kitchen management with administrative, organizational, and conceptual tasks
- Actively participating in the planning, organization, and implementation of the move from the old building kitchen to the new building kitchen
- Developing concepts, instructions, and workflows in close coordination with kitchen management
- Coordinating tasks related to purchasing, storage, and internal processes
- Collaborating on menu planning for residents together with the kitchen, restaurant, and services
- Contributing ideas for the further development of our gastronomy
You can convince us with:
- A completed education in the hospitality sector or comparable practical experience
- Several years of experience in kitchen or gastronomy – ideally in a long-term care institution
- Project or relocation experience and the ability to keep an overview even during phases of change
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
- Confident handling of administrative tasks and precise, clear concept creation
- Very good MS Office skills
