Maintenance Specialist Weekend Shift

While others start their weekend, you ensure that everything runs smoothly here. During the weekend shift, you reliably maintain our production and logistics systems with your technical know-how.

• When a system stops, you are in demand: you analyse faults, find the cause, and reliably get the system running again.
• With professional maintenance and servicing, you ensure that our production and logistics systems remain safe and available.
• You keep an eye on our systems, identify weaknesses early, and implement sustainable improvements.
• In collaboration with maintenance planning, you develop maintenance measures and plans further and ensure the availability of important spare parts.
• During commissioning, conversions, and projects, you contribute your practical experience and technical know-how.
• You share your knowledge within the team and are ready to help out in shift work and occasional special assignments.

Weekend & Friday Shift Model

Working hours: Friday normal working hours, Saturday and Sunday 6:00–18:00 (including 2 hours break per day) Workload: 78%, advantage: Belimo pays the salary equivalent to an 85% workload plus a weekend allowance. Training takes place during the week in early and late shifts between 6:00 and 23:00 over approximately 4–8 weeks.

• You have a technical education with further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate of competence or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in maintaining production and logistics systems and appreciate and know direct customer contact.
• You are proficient in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical engineering; ideally, you also have basic knowledge of PLC programming.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, take responsibility, and like to get involved yourself.
• You are communicative, service-oriented, and a team player, convincing with a quick grasp and interconnected thinking.
• You communicate confidently in German and can also make yourself understood in English.
