• From the start of planning to the commissioning of the trades, you ensure - in close cooperation with the client - high-quality project management.
• You coordinate all specialist planners, contractors, suppliers, specialists and authorities involved in the project.
• You are responsible for monitoring the total costs, deadlines and quality as well as contract management.
• You are the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders in the various phases of the project and offer support to our young team members with your experience.

• We are looking for YOU, an upbeat, likeable and positive new team member.
• You have a completed degree as a civil engineer / architect ETH / FH or a comparable qualification.
• In addition to your several years of experience as a project manager and overall management of demanding projects, you can also count on high business management competence.
• You convince with your integrative personality with persuasion, motivation and assertiveness as well as your confident appearance in dealing with various internal and external stakeholders.
• You are perceived externally as analytical, conceptual and innovative thinking with excellent implementation skills.
• You have experience in handling CAD as well as Messerli BAUAD.
