• You record new customer articles and prepare them for production
• From customer parts lists, you create our internal parts lists
• You prepare the complete production documentation (work instructions, drawings, test instructions, etc.)
• You manage express orders via our prototype service as project manager – from order receipt to delivery
• You create change notifications, monitor their implementation, and ensure that customer, sales, purchasing, and production are all on the same page

• Technical basic education (electronics, automation, polymechanics) or comparable experience in a manufacturing company
• Understanding of parts lists, components, and electronic assemblies
• Structured, precise working style: with us, a documentation error goes directly into production
• Experience with ERP systems
• Fluent German
• You enjoy it when an express order demands speed, yet you keep an overview
