Specialist in School Personnel Administration (100%)
1,200 students attend the Wald school in five school units. The personnel administration of the school administration is responsible for over 200 employees. We are looking for a specialist starting December 1, 2025, or by agreement
Your area of responsibility
- Co-responsibility for personnel processes from planning, recruitment to exit
- Contact person for school management and authorities on personnel law issues
- Workload planning in cooperation with school management
- Preparation of orders, work certificates and employment confirmations
- Data maintenance, data management and controlling
- Collaboration with the HR department of the municipal administration and the municipal clerk
- Participation in projects and general administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in personnel or school administration
- Professional experience in human resources, preferably in a school administration
- Proficient use of M365; knowledge of Abacus and CMI is an advantage
- Service-oriented, empathetic and proactive personality
- Confident, target group-appropriate German as well as good communication skills
- Independence, resilience and an efficient way of working
