Your Tasks
- You manage a varied portfolio in the areas of retail, office, and residential
- You work proactively in close collaboration with the owner Swiss Life
- You conduct contract negotiations with tenants and ensure property maintenance.
- You carry out periodic property inspections and assess their condition
- You monitor the current rental policy and advise the owner on setting the rent structure.
- You accept and hand over rental properties
- You are involved in projects
Your Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a technical basic education (e.g. construction draughtsperson) with further training as a technical business administrator
- You hold a federal specialist certificate as a property manager or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
- You bring several years of professional experience in property management, ideally with commercial properties
- You have good accounting and legal knowledge (OR, ZGB and SchKG)
- You have excellent command of German, both spoken and written
- You have good knowledge of MS Office and a digital affinity.
- You impress with pleasant manners, negotiation skills, and a confident appearance
