About the job
As a Brewing and Beverage Technologist EFZ specializing in beer, you ensure the production of high-quality beer varieties. You take over the acceptance and inspection of raw materials such as malt and hops and control the entire brewing process, from production to bottling and packaging of the finished beers. In doing so, you operate modern brewing systems and carry out quality controls to ensure that the beers meet the highest standards.
REQUIREMENTS
You have a good nose and a fine sense of taste, you are comfortable with numbers and can quickly calculate something without breaking a sweat. You are organized and eager to do things cleanly and correctly. You find technology exciting and want to know how machines, systems, and processes work. You grasp new things quickly, are physically fit, and have no problem pitching in.
APPRENTICESHIP
- 3 years
- School: Block courses at the vocational school.
- Inter-company courses: 10-15 days during 3 years.
