Have you recently completed your Matura and want to enter business practice directly instead of studying? With the Post-Matura Business Training (PWA), you will receive the necessary theoretical foundations in a six-month school-based training to successfully perform a wide range of commercial activities during the subsequent 18-month generalist internship.

As part of your internship, you will support the Customer Service Continuing Education and Student Services teams. In doing so, you will get to know the entire spectrum of continuing education and student administration.

Your diverse tasks in Customer Service Continuing Education include:

• Supporting the Customer Service Continuing Education clerks in the administration and coordination of over 200 continuing education programs
• Taking on general administrative tasks: e.g., coordination and processing of incoming mail and creditor and debtor invoices, handling office supply orders, maintaining participant data, issuing confirmations and certificates
• Participating in and assisting with the organization of events

Your diverse tasks in Student Services include:

• Competent advice to bachelor and master students, lecturers, and external visitors at the counter and by phone as well as answering email inquiries
• Data entry in the school administration software Evento as well as issuing and billing various confirmations
• Support in exam administration, admission of new students, and graduation

As a business specialist, you will have a solid foundation after the training on which you can build your further career.

We also provide support in the functional areas of didactics, translation/editing, communication skills, IT, process and system management, and facility management. The development and implementation of modules in the areas of languages and communication in business and law as well as business administration and didactics are also part of our tasks.
