The Directorate for Security, Environment and Energy is committed to safety, protection and assistance, environmental protection, sustainable energy supply, and is responsible for building permit procedures as well as the Bern Zoo. The Directorate Personnel Service advises and supports employees and supervisors in all personnel matters.
Activities
- General personnel administration from entry to exit
- Responsible for master data maintenance in SAP HCM
- Management of time recording in E3
- Supervision of commercial apprentices EFZ as a practical trainer
- Project collaboration with a focus on new digital cooperation
Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education as HR assistant or HR specialist with a federal certificate
- Experience as a practical trainer of commercial apprentices EFZ
- Experience in a similar role and in project work
- Very good MS Office and SAP application skills
- Enthusiasm for shaping processes in the future HR Service Center
- Team player with high social competence, self-motivation and strong service orientation
