The EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory with a total of 1,000 beds. To complete our team at the Nursing Service of the Regional Hospital of Lugano, we are looking for:
Social and Health Care Workers and/or Care Assistants (50%-100%)
Profile:
- Interest and motivation for the acute hospital sector
- Ability to work closely with nursing staff within an interprofessional team
- Ability to organize and manage assigned activities, knowing how to set priorities
- Ability to learn new tasks and flexibility to change
- Ability to respond proactively to various stimuli
- Ability to establish effective and constructive relationships with internal and external clients, gaining their trust and meeting their expectations
- Positive attitude even in complex, stressful, and unexpected situations
Required qualifications:
- Federal Certificate of Practical Training (CFP) as Social and Health Care Worker or
- Cantonal diploma as care assistant
- In addition to Italian, knowledge of another national language is desirable
- Essential knowledge of main IT tools (Office package)
