Quality Manager
Your area of responsibility and design
- You continuously examine the quality standards in customer service and intervene if necessary
- With convincing requirement descriptions for the systems and the organization, you create clarity
- Developing, correctly prioritizing, and implementing solutions is your contribution to the further development of the core businesses in customer service
- You strive for continuous improvement of our quality standards. In doing so, you are always in close exchange with our professional experts
- You investigate and design optimization potential around customer service in coordination with other partners
- You work independently in customer service with nearly 50 employees in 3 departments, aiming to continuously improve processes
- Your area of responsibility includes customer inquiries from receipt to solution. Always with the focus on making our department even better in terms of the customer
What you should bring
- Technical or commercial training with good business management knowledge
- Confident and assertive appearance – you work and prioritize independently
- You have already gained initial experience in quality management, preferably from the telco sector
- Further training in quality management is desired and rounds off your profile
- Distinct analytical and networked thinking skills, combined with a structured and precise way of working, characterize you
- Natural curiosity and joy in learning, designing, and implementing innovative solutions
- You see yourself as a communicative team player with an open personality and enjoy consulting activities
- You communicate with your team colleagues in German; it is an advantage if you can also converse in French
- Agile approach means for you testing things and bringing them to the goal with corrective measures
