Your Tasks
- Planning of elective surgeries and the anaesthesia consultation including scheduling, coordination with specialist departments and ensuring organisational prerequisites (call-ups, appointment windows, coordination of missing documents) (partial home office possible).
- Bed management / dispatch in early, late and weekend shifts – in close cooperation with the wards (partial home office possible).
- Front office tasks: reception, administrative duties as well as patient-related tasks within the scope of your training.
Your Profile
- Completed training in a healthcare profession (e.g. FaGe, MPA or equivalent).
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in an acute hospital/operating room-related environment, patient administration or dispatch.
- You communicate clearly, friendly and solution-oriented – even when it gets hectic.
- Independent, responsible working style with a sense of priorities.
- Confident handling of IT/planning tools; medical terminology is part of your daily routine.
