Department Management Therapies and Social Work including Deputy Management Nursing, Therapy and Social Work

• You ensure the leadership of the specialized therapies and social work together with the interprofessional clinic management.
• You lead the inpatient specialized therapies, physiotherapy and sports therapy, and social work at the Wil location and take over the deputy management of nursing, therapy, and social work for overarching tasks.
• If interested and suitable, you will take over the project management for the organizational development of specialized therapies.
• In addition to the leadership role, you will continue to work clinically as an occupational therapist at 40%.

• You have a completed degree in occupational therapy as well as proven project and leadership experience.
• You ideally already have professional experience in psychiatry or are interested in this subject area.
• You have a professional practice permit from the canton of St. Gallen or can present it before starting the job.
• You appreciate an independent working style in an interdisciplinary team and communicate openly and appreciatively.
• Thanks to your resilience, independent and responsible working style, as well as your high social competence, you quickly integrate into the team.
