Your main tasks:
- Processing all digital customer orders (tickets) from recording to billing, taking into account the complex customer contract
- Creating work reports and invoices
- Obtaining various information and documents related to customer orders based on the contractually defined services
- Maintaining and updating various data
- Implementing the customer's contractual compliance requirements for operational processing
- Creating notices and finalizing presentations
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in a similar role with knowledge in accounting and/or order management and a clear reference to the application of service contracts
- Fluent German skills, good English skills
- Solid MS Office skills and willingness to use various tools
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Ability and willingness to familiarize yourself with contractual content, recognize and apply contexts
- Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
