Would you like to apply your experience in property management to an exceptional and diverse portfolio of the Canton of Zurich? In our dedicated Property Management team, you will take on a responsible role in managing our non-governmental properties. You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively shape the digitalisation of our management processes.

As of 1 January 2027, we will take over a new portfolio. You will accompany its acquisition from the start and have the opportunity to actively contribute your experience and ideas to the management.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for managing your property portfolio and ensuring professional care of the various properties.
• You coordinate and organise interim uses and accompany these from planning to implementation.
• You prepare analyses and reports for the ownership as well as other internal departments.
• You oversee construction measures and renovations in your portfolio from the perspective of property management.
• You assess rents and set the corresponding rental conditions.
• You prepare accounts, for example for ancillary costs.

Your profile

• You have a qualification as a property manager with a federal professional certificate and bring several years of professional experience in property management.
• You like to take responsibility, work independently, and are a reliable contact person for various stakeholders.
• You are characterised by a strong customer orientation and communicate confidently in German.
• You are digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office; experience with REM or Garaio REM is an advantage.
• You are open to new topics and enjoy contributing in a diverse environment.
