Provide coaching services for specific study programs or departments.
Coordinate offerings with fellow coaches and manage organizational tasks.

Skills

Must be a student at Berner Fachhochschule BFH (from 2nd semester).
Strong communication and digital networking skills required.
Fluency in German, with English and French as a plus.

About the job

What you will do here

Develop, provide and conduct Digital Skills Coaching offerings such as workshops, online consultation hours or other formats
Provide coaching services for individual degree programmes or departments upon request
Plan and coordinate the Digital Skills Coaching offerings in collaboration with other coaches and team members
Take responsibility for organisational tasks (e.g. appointments, management of Moodle/Teams)
Ensure support for new students during introductory events at the start of their studies

What you ideally bring with you

Studying at Bern University of Applied Sciences BFH (from the 2nd semester, Bachelor or Master), students from other universities cannot be considered
Deep interest in at least one of the areas of the DigComp competence framework
Flexible and independent personality with strong communication skills, good media and digital networking skills as well as quick comprehension
Desire and passion to help shape and further develop a great and sustainable programme for digital skills
Confident German in spoken and written form, English and French skills are an advantage
