About the job
Due to the retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for a committed, motivated, and innovative personality for the following position starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement:
Head of Nursing Spitex, 80 – 100 %
You are an empathetic leader with a passion for nursing and care. You are interested in taking responsibility for the quality and further development of nursing in the outpatient sector.
What to expect:
- Professional quality and further development of nursing and care in the outpatient sector
- Handling complex situations in nursing as well as professional support for employees in all functions
- Leadership of team leaders
- Main responsibility for assessments (InterRAI HC) and their organization together with the team leaders
- Main responsibility in the onboarding process during the probation period for all nursing staff
- Training and further development of the nursing process (NANDA)
What you bring:
- Diploma in nursing HF / FH
- Several years of professional experience in somatic nursing with a comprehensive understanding of nursing
- Further training in the nursing field
- Several years of leadership experience with appropriate training
- Experience in project, process, and quality management
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written form as well as high social competence

- A public Spitex with the catchment area from Fläsch to Trimmis. We are the second largest public Spitex organization in the canton of Graubünden measured by population and care for about 350 clients per month

- 85 motivated Spitex employees in somatic nursing, psychiatric nursing, housekeeping, training, and administrative areas
