About the job
Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we are looking for a committed, motivated and innovative individual from 1 November 2025 or by arrangement for the
Head of Nursing Spitex, 80 – 100 %
You are an empathetic leader with a passion for nursing and care. You are interested in taking responsibility for the quality and further development of nursing in the outpatient sector.
What to expect:
- Professional quality and further development of nursing and care in the outpatient sector
- Handling complex situations in nursing as well as professional support for employees in all functions
- Leadership of team leaders
- Main responsibility for assessments (InterRAI HC) and their organisation together with the team leaders
- Main responsibility in the induction process during the probation period for all nursing staff
- Training and further development of the nursing process (NANDA)
What you bring:
- Diploma in nursing HF / FH
- Several years of professional experience in somatic nursing with a comprehensive understanding of nursing
- Further training in the nursing field
- Several years of leadership experience with appropriate training
- Experience in project, process and quality management
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written form as well as high social competence

- A public Spitex with a catchment area from Fläsch to Trimmis. We are the second largest public Spitex organisation in the canton of Graubünden measured by population and care for approx. 350 clients per month

- 85 motivated Spitex employees in somatic nursing, psychiatric nursing, domestic services, training and administration
