Advisor Corporate Clients Service Centre

Your tasks

• Supporting and advising corporate clients on various banking topics
• Responding to telephone or written customer enquiries from the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Identifying customer needs and sales potential
• Documenting customer contacts

Your profile

• Commercial training as well as experience in banking, contact centre or service sector advantageous
• Convincing communication skills and enjoyment of active telephone work
• Very good German skills, Swiss German an advantage
• Confident in using Office applications
• Impeccable debt enforcement and criminal record extract (mandatory)

We offer

• Assignment from immediately until April 2027, option to extend
• Monday to Friday, shift work between 07:30 and 18:00
• Hourly wage depending on experience from CHF 35.– gross
• Workplace on site, no home office
