Your Tasks
- You ensure professional, individual care and support of our residents
- You assist qualified nursing professionals in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing measures
- You actively contribute to optimal interdisciplinary collaboration with all those involved in the care and support process
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care distinguish you
- You enjoy working with elderly people
- You have good oral and written German skills
- Taking responsibility, along with empathy and patience, are among your strengths
- You can respond skilfully and flexibly to unforeseen events
- You are also an organisational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient and structured
