As a Administrative Specialist (Chinese / English) you will Support bilingual communication, document management and coordination activities in a dynamic international environment, ensuring smooth collaboration, accurate reporting and reliable administrative support.
Your tasks
- Draft, review, translate and manage various documents in Chinese and English, ensuring accuracy, clarity and proper formatting
- Prepare, summarize and organize reports, briefings, correspondence and other written materials with clear structure and focus on key information
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and timely follow-up
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, visits and reception activities, ensuring a smooth and professional execution
- Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to managers, including scheduling, document handling and task follow-up
- Support additional ad hoc assignments and coordination tasks as required
Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree or similar level
- Excellent Chinese and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong ability to draft, review and translate documents in a professional bilingual environment
- Experience in finance, administration, coordination, events coordination and reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Team-oriented personality with the ability to manage multiple topics in a dynamic environment
