This position takes on banquet administration and is responsible for the professional organisation of the banquet and event business. The focus is on the administrative planning and coordination of events – from the initial enquiry to successful execution.

Main tasks include personal consultation with clients, preparation of offers, contracts, and event documents, as well as coordination of all administrative processes.

In close cooperation with internal departments, it is ensured that events are planned efficiently and implemented professionally.

We are looking for an organised and service-oriented individual with a commercial education or a comparable qualification in hospitality or gastronomy.

Administrative tasks are carried out in a structured, efficient manner with great care. Enjoyment of customer contact, sales discussions, and event organisation, as well as a good sense of timing, priorities, and smooth processes, are important.

Comfort with digital applications as well as reservation or event management systems is essential. Very good German and English skills, organisational talent, initiative, and a professional appearance complete the profile.
