Team Leader Service Sanitary

• Technical and personnel management of the sanitary service team with five service technicians
• Responsibility for the deployment and capacity planning of the team
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Development and calculation of customer offers as well as preparation of service contracts
• Monitoring and checking the implementation of customer orders and contract work
• Processing orders, including intervention and order agreements as well as their completion
• Ordering and management of materials and third-party services
• Support in selecting suitable installation methods in consultation with employees

• Completed basic training in the sanitary field (EFZ level), additional training in heating is an advantage
• Further training in project management and/or leadership
• Several years of experience in the service environment
• Enjoyment in leading, promoting and further developing employees
• Driving licence category B
• Confident German, very good communication skills
• IT affinity, customer-oriented working style
